GAUVA MOBILITY SERVICES – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GAUVA MOBILITY SERVICES (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including the app, website, and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By registering, using, or accessing GAUVA , you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
All bookings must be made through the official GAUVA app.
Ride charges are displayed before confirming the trip.
Drivers will be assigned based on availability and your location.
Fares can be paid via cash, UPI, or wallet (as supported).
Users must pay the full amount at the end of the trip.
Any payment failure or dispute must be reported to customer support.
You may cancel a ride before the driver arrives.
Frequent or fake cancellations may lead to warnings or account suspension.
GAUVA reserves the right to cancel rides if safety or fraud is suspected.
Use the app only for genuine ride bookings.
Treat drivers and support staff respectfully.
Do not misuse, hack, or attempt to harm the app.
Always wear a helmet (bike rides) and follow traffic rules.
All drivers are expected to follow the GAUVA code of conduct.
Any complaints against drivers will be reviewed and may lead to action.
GAUVA may suspend or permanently ban user accounts in cases of:
Fake or abusive bookings
Non-payment or fraud
Misuse of the app
Threatening or illegal behavior
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
GAUVA is a platform that connects users with drivers. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or losses beyond our control. However, we always aim to support users in such cases.
By using GAUVA MOBILITY SERVICES, you agree to these terms. Let's ride responsibly.
GAUVA MOBILITY SERVICES is a technology platform. The drivers are responsible for their own vehicle fitness, insurance, and RTO compliance. GAUVA does not own or operate any vehicles. We simply provide a platform for ride-seeking users and vehicle-owning drivers to connect.
GAUVA is not a transport company.
All rides are offered by independent third-party vehicle owners or drivers.
We do not verify the legality of each vehicle’s permits unless explicitly stated.
GAUVA shall not be held liable for:
Use of unauthorized (white plate) vehicles by drivers
Road accidents, penalties, or transport violations
Insurance or permit issues between the driver .
Every driver registered with GAUVA is fully responsible for:
Using vehicles that comply with local RTO rules (preferably yellow plate/commercial registration)
Holding a valid driving license
Ensuring the vehicle has:
A valid fitness certificate
Pollution control certificate (PUC)
Commercial insurance
Required transport permits
If a driver uses a private (white plate) vehicle for commercial rides, any penalties or legal action by RTO or police are the sole responsibility of the driver, not GAUVA.
Users agree that:
They understand that GAUVA is not the provider of the ride but a facilitator.
Any dispute, delay, or incident with a driver or vehicle should be directly discussed with the driver.
GAUVA may suspend drivers who violate transport laws or receive repeated complaints.
GAUVA MOBILITY SERVICES provides fare estimation through its app for the convenience of users and drivers. Final fare may vary based on distance, time, fuel rates, and local conditions.
Fares may include the following
Driver Base Fare (set by the driver or mutually agreed)
Fuel & Maintenance Charges (adjusted as per market rates)
Platform Facilitation Fees (nominal charge for tech support, app maintenance, etc.)
Idle & Waiting Charges (if applicable beyond free waiting time)
City-Specific Extra Charges (example: tolls, entry fees)
No Commission Model (Optional)
In certain cities, GAUVA operates on a Rental Charge Basis (daily/weekly fixed fee per vehicle) instead of per-trip commission. In such cases, GAUVA will not deduct commission from trip fares.
GAUVA reserves the right to revise platform facilitation fees, fuel surcharges, or other charges based on operational costs. Any fare revisions will be notified through app updates and Terms & Conditions.
GAUVA MOBILITY SERVICES will levy GST on platform fees only if registered under GST laws and when applicable. Fare components set by drivers are their responsibility for tax compliance (PUC, FC, insurance, etc.).

GAUVA reserves the right to suspend or remove access for any driver or user found violating our platform terms, misusing the system, or violating local transport laws.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.
Every driver agrees, upon registration, that they are using their vehicle on GAUVA at their own legal responsibility and shall bear the consequences of violating local transport laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
